I’ve been attending Elisa’s Meditation Circles for over a year and they’ve been nothing short of life changing, so I was absolutely thrilled to make photograph and film Elisa at her home in Frome.

The peaceful, grounding energy of this room is miraculous and I’m so grateful to Elisa for sharing this space and the magic she provides within it.

We could have easily only made images during our time together, but it felt important to also capture the essence of Elisa's work with moving image and sound at it's core.

The Sound Bath's that Elisa creates go far beyond relaxation, they take you on a journey of self discovery you didn't know you needed.

We wanted to capture this in a way that felt like you are really there, absorbing the energy being released through the vibrations.
