So, how do we practice radical authenticity in our business so we stand out without burning out?
Radical authenticity is not:
Telling everyone how you feel or what you’re doing, all the time
Acting on something in your business from a place of big emotion, in the moment, with no intentional outcome (wait 24+ hours pls)
Giving away your expertise and your energy to your detriment
Radical authenticity is:
Living by your values, within your capacity
Standing in your courage, allowing it to ebb and flow as you do
Recognising, elevating and promoting your skillsets and using them for good
Sharing your truth in the storytelling format and level of detail you choose
Understanding you're not everyone's cup of tea and being OK with it
Showing up loud and proud for yourself, and those who need you in their lives
By making change using our unique combination of personality, skills and experience, we're practicing both professionalism and radical authenticity whilst rebelling against a system that's not made for us.
