What’s Included In A Spark Session:

An organised space for you to reflect on your experiences, skills, challenges and goals so I can see exactly how to help you best. I'll prepare any supportive materials in advance so we can hit the ground running on our call.

We’ll spend 90 minutes together (either on a Butter video call or in-person in Frome) deep-diving on whatever is currently holding you back and creating a plan of action going forward.

Our call will be recorded so you can easily remind yourself of any specific words of wisdom you'd like to make the most of. You'll also receive a handy recap of all of the notes, links and resources I mentioned during our session.

I invite you to ask any additional questions for a week after our call - I know how easy it is to forget something on the spot, so feel free to use this extra time to pop them over to me.
