Accessing safe, inclusive, diverse, supportive and damn fun spaces has been so important to me over the last year. One that I am especially lucky to have been part of is House of Mannington's Black Excellence Cabaret!
The energy, drama and sheer talent of each performer I’ve seen on their stages have been mind-blowing!
Although it’s 2024 and you’d expect us to be past this, Manly Mannington has faced unfair and prejudiced challenges whilst organising these events - the roots of which seem hard to put past racial bias.
